Care instructions are mailed to you with each tumbler. Be sure to not soak the tumblers in hot water, place in a dishwasher, or leave in a hot car!

Please note: Each tumbler is handmade with the highest quality materials. Tumblers are coated in layers of FDA compliant food-safe epoxy, that give each tumbler high shine and a glass like smoothness, unless made matte.

Each tumbler is handmade, they are not machine made. We try our very best to make sure each one is perfect! Glitter is used in our shop on a daily basis, and it is impossible to get rid of. Even though I do my best to avoid it, there is no way to guarantee that non-glitter cups will be 100% free of misc. specks of glitter. All items are handcrafted and therefore may have imperfections and color variations. This is a homemade product that may have very minor imperfections that do not affect the function of the product.

If a tumbler is damaged in the shipping process, please contact me with pictures within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Each tumbler will typically ship within 3-5 business days. Please message me if you are needing your order by a specific date. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days for my shop. If you have messaged me on the weekends, I will try my hardest to get back to you.
